Screen Shot 2017-01-16 at 10.59.39   Going to the gym is hard enough, but once the sweat starts, so does the frizz, and even the toughest of hairdos will give in. So, we've compiled a list of simple yet gorgeous post-gym hairstyles for you.
  1. The messy bun. You can also try it as a low bun. If you want a more fun look, try two space buns on the top right and left parts of your head. Want to look sophisticated? Go for a neat bun. Or you could try the most elaborate of all buns - the braided bun.
  2. If you have a fringe, pin it back for your work out and then simply let it down! You'll look like you haven't even been to the gym yet.
  3. You can't go wrong with a half-up, half-down ‘do - it works for all occasions. Pull the “half-up” section into a bun for even more style.
  4. If your hair is feeling a little flat and limp, pull it into a high ponytail and it will look sleek.
  5. Braid it loosely; try a loose fishtail braid, they look beautiful. You can also braid your hair in two braids for a more youthful vibe. But if your hair is unruly and completely uncooperative, cornrows are your best bet.
  6. If you're blessed with fluffy hair, all you need is a few bobby pins and you'll be pulling off the pin-up girl look.
  7. If you have curly hair, add some Neal and Wolf Uplift our new volumising mist, and your natural texture will spring back.
On the other hand, if you're lucky enough to have just enough time to squeeze in a quick hair wash, we have a few tips for you to save time on drying it, while still maintaining volume! If you have only 1 minute to dry your hair, attach the diffuser to your blow dryer, then flip your head upside down and blow dry your roots on the “hot” setting. Then, go over your roots again with the “cold” setting. Flip your hair back, and you're done! If you have 3 minutes to dry your hair, lift up a section of your hair, gripping it midway, and blow dry your roots. Make sure you're holding your roots up tight! Do this all over your head. If you have 5 minutes to dry your hair, split your hair into 4-6 sections. Blow dry each section of your hair, then roll it up and clip it to your scalp. Repeat with all sections, then blow some cool air on them. Once the hair has cooled, you can take the clips out.
