There's something about the changing seasons that makes us bold enough to do something really different with our hair, like a dynamic new cut or colour. Right now a growing list of celebrities are taking the style plunge and greeting the summer with a hair makeover that's tempting many of us to do the same. Many stars went blonde or, in some cases, blonder. Taylor Swift lightened her signature bob to an eye-popping platinum shade, and Kristen Stewart surprised her fans by transforming her famous brunette mane into a sporty blonde bob. Even Ariana Grande gave a nod to the summer lightening tradition by adding blonde highlights to her dark brown tresses. Other celebs have gone for neon hues. Kylie Jenner sported a bright orange wig for Coachella, and Halsey and Lily Collins showed more commitment to hair flare by dyeing their hair turquoise blue and bright magenta respectively. The results are avant-garde, fun, and yes, tempting to try for ourselves. Expect rainbow colours to be a big thing this year. Even the guys are being inspired to make a change. Justin Bieber has been seen out and about with a platinum blonde buzz cut and Zac Efron went for an ombré effect by adding blonde highlights to the top of his hair. When it comes to hair, who says only girls want to have fun? Kylie Jenner recently confirmed that her new style was a real cut and not a faux-bob like everyone assumed. Claiming to be inspired by Christy Turlington's hairstyle, Kendall ditched her long locks in favour of a chin-length bob that looks amazing on her. This year's hair chameleon award definitely goes to Emma Stone. Last February she went dark brown in order to play Billie Joe King in Battle of the Sexes. Then, last May, she hit the red carpet with blonde hair, which is actually her natural colour. More recently, she's gone red, proving that there's no shade she can't own. When it comes to style choices, we definitely have a lot to inspire us this summer and Neal & Wolf continue to spoil you for choice with our range of luxury yet affordable styling and hair care products. Happy choosing!
