The Vegan Trademark sets a clear standard, helping to eliminate confusion around what ‘vegan’ truly means in beauty. With over 70,000 certified products worldwide, it offers a reliable and transparent benchmark. We’ve worked closely with The Vegan Society to certify a number of our products and are continuing the process with all of the range.

1. Which Neal & Wolf products are Certified by The Vegan Society?

Almost all Neal & Wolf products are already formulated without animal-derived ingredients and have never been tested on animals. We're now working closely with The Vegan Society to formally certify the full range. The majority of our products have already been awarded the Vegan Trademark, with just a few currently going through the final stages of verification. As we complete this process, you’ll see the Vegan Trademark appearing across more of our packaging - making
it easier than ever to shop with confidence.

2. I purchased a Neal & Wolf product but I don’t see The Vegan Society logo - does that mean it’s not certified?

Not at all. Many of our certified products are still in their original packaging as we work through existing stock. To reduce waste, we’ll be updating packaging gradually, so you may not see the Vegan Trademark straight away - but rest assured, if it’s listed as certified, it meets all the standards set by The Vegan Society.

3. What does the Vegan Trademark guarantee?

Products Certified by The Vegan Society are free from animal ingredients and animal-derived by-products. Every ingredient, from raw materials to the finished product, is thoroughly checked and verified.

4. What’s the difference between ‘vegan’, ‘plant-based’, and ‘vegetarian’?

These terms are often used interchangeably, but they’re not the same. ‘Vegetarian’ may still include eggs, milk, or honey. ‘Plant-based’ can be misleading and in some cases still contain a small percentage of animal-derived content. The Vegan Trademark is the only certification that ensures zero animal ingredients - making it the most reliable way to identify a vegan product.

Absolutely. At Neal & Wolf, we never compromise on performance. Our vegan formulas are developed to meet the same high-performance standards you know and love, using only premium, non-animal-derived ingredients.
