If you're not sure what diversion is we're happy to help. Diversion happens when products are sold by unauthorised sellers or in unauthorised locations. Neal & Wolf is only sold via our official website, in salons and spas or select authorised websites.
Why is diversion bad?
Diverted products can be counterfeit, diluted formulas, or old, expired formulas that may not be safe to use.
Are you in danger?
You could be. Contaminated or counterfeit products could cause irritation or even infection. We pride ourselves in the performance and quality of our products and want to make sure Neal & Wolf users get a fantastic experience which we can only guarantee, if products are purchased from an authorised source.
Who is diverting the products?
Products are diverted by unauthorised distributors or unscrupulous salons and businesses, or even their employees.
How can you help?
We're glad you asked! If you find Neal & Wolf products for sales outside of our authorised channels please don't buy it. Please contact us via email at info@nealandwolf.com including where you found the product and ideally include a picture. We will then conduct a full investigation.
We take diversion very seriously and will terminate accounts, as well as bring legal actions to ensure the integrity and supply chain of Neal & Wolf products.
