Accessories The hair stylists working on shows for Prada, Dolce & Gabbana and Fendi all went big on hair accessories - flower pieces, shimmering hair slides, and shiny fabric hair bands were all hot looks. Dolce & Gabbana in particular used stunning floral headbands in red, silver and gold, worn to the side of the head to create a dramatic look. Wet look The wet look has been around for a while now and while on first consideration it may seem more suited to the summer months, the trend is still going strong and was easy to spot on the Autumn/Winter runways. Stella McCartney and Kenzo styled damp roots and slicked back wet looks. Curls This look can be seen as an evolution of the many wavy hair trends that have dominated the fashion scene for so long. Beach and relaxed waves will be replaced with rounder and sexier curls for Autumn/Winter this year. The great thing about this look is that there is an unlimited amount of twists and variations you play with, from tighter curls to less frequent and looser locks. The fashion houses getting the curls look right at the Autumn/Winter shows included Burberry, Versace and Celine. Grunge The hallmarks of the grunge look are untreated, rough around the edges locks with a slightly longer fringe that can cover part of the eyes. Pastel colours can also work well with the grunge look. Alexander Wang and Marc Jacobs utilized the grunge look for their Autumn/Winter shows.
