How do you work with clients and understand what cut they are looking for? We take into account that perfect beauty is different for everyone and consideration is made for every individual's unique features, personality and lifestyle when creating their bespoke cut and colour. We carry out a full consultation and listen to your needs.
How do you go about keeping up with the latest trends? We continuously invest in workshops, training days, etc to ensure that all stylists push themselves to the highest level that they can achieve. Endorsing her work as an approved City and Guilds Centre, Celeste Arnold runs NVQ Level 2 and NVQ Level 3 courses. As the owner I preferably like to train my own stylist from the start to be sure that they are trained to the salons high standards and as a person they should be passionate about the industry and dedicated to progressing to their fullest.

Does your salon have any particular favourite tools, products or work methods to share with us? What is the reason you like them? The reason we use the products and tools that we do, is to create beautiful, healthy, polished hair that the client can go home with and use those same products and tools to make their styling time easy and can have amazing, glamorous hair after each wash. How big is your salon and what services are offered? We have 13 salon stations in a large 3 storey 1900's building, we offer services from cutting, colours, intensive treatments to makeup and beauty, from natural to glamour to high fashion, editorial looks.
