Screen Shot 2017-01-17 at 16.36.22   Who says you have to look like sweaty at the gym? If celebrities such as Karlie Kloss and Miranda Kerr can look hot while working out, so can you. All you have to do is spend an extra 2 minutes on your hair to style it into a gorgeous, gym-proof look. Don't worry, we've compiled a list of our favourite gym hairstyles below!
  1. The French Braid.
A French braid is great for low-intensity workouts such as barre, power plates and yoga. It keeps your hair neat and most importantly: out of your face. Plus, you'll have gorgeous beachy waves when you take the braid out!
  1. The High Ponytail.
The high ponytail keeps hair off your face and neck, and it'll keep your hair in place through even high intensity workouts!
  1. The Headband.
Get those loose hairs off your face with a headband! Headbands are also great to reduce frizz. Pull your hair into a bun to complete the look. Check out Neal & Wolf's Form Sculpting Lotion to create a I-just-woke-up-but-I-still-look-great kind of style.
  1. Boxer Braids
Perfect for high-intensity activities, the boxer braids are guaranteed to keep your hair in place through any workout. Part your hair down the middle and tightly braid each side. Add a small touch of Neal & Wolf Glow, while braiding to increase shine.
  1. The Hun
Separate your hair into two sections, top and bottom. Pull the top section into a high ponytail, then wrap the ponytail around itself into a bun and secure it with a hair tie. Use this hairstyle for meditation and barre classes, as it won't last through a high-intensity workout.
  1. The Topknot
Pull your hair up into a high ponytail then wrap it around itself into a bun. Secure tightly with a hair tie, try the Invisibobble as it reduces curl. This simple style will give you an air of sophistication - and it's perfect for all types of workouts, including yoga, pilates, spin and barre.
  1. The Twisted Pony
Perfect for spin classes, this simple hairstyle requires you to just pull your hair back into a ponytail, then separate it into two sections which you twist over each other. Secure the bottom with another hair tie. Accessorize with a headband for extra effect!
  1. Braided Bun
Braid your hair in a high ponytail, then wrap it around into a bun. Secure with a hair tie. Perfect for ballet lessons! If you add a little Neal & Wolf Velvet oil before styling, it will still look gorgeous when you take the bun down!
