The Victoria’s Secret fashion show has wowed us again. Held in Shanghai, China this year, Bella Hadid opened the show and looked absolutely flawless. While the spotlight was certainly on the lingerie, we couldn’t help but be distracted by the Angel’s perfect hair.

This year there was a noticeable trend toward warm, loose waves – just the right combination of structure and fluidity that really gives a feminine touch to every face shape. It’s easy to feel amazing with hair like that, and the good news – it’s not difficult to achieve the look at home. Neal & Wolf’s Professional range is the perfect partner to achieving your very own Angel-esque style.

  • Blow-dry your hair with a large round brush, after applying Neal & Wolf’s Professional range FORM sculpting lotion. It will protect your hair from heat while creating the right amount of hold to gently keep the style in place.

  • Work heating tongs through your hair in segments. Curl your hair around the tongs away from your face as you go. Try not to wrap your hair too tightly.

  • Break up the curls with a wide paddle brush. This will help to soften them into waves and loosen the style up a touch. Use your fingers to add any extra volume or to direct the waves to the right spot.

  • Fix your style with a light spritz of GLOW super shine spray and you will feel amazing all day (or all night!).

The Angels wore this style in a few different ways, and it really comes down to where you start with your heating irons. Alessandra Ambrosio used the waves to really frame her face, where Bella Hadid and Ming Xi left plenty of length before creating waves towards the ends of the hair. The technique is the same but the effects were quite different. Experiment at home to determine the best place to set your waves. You can rely on the Neal & Wolf Professional range of products to help you get the best-looking style with minimal effort and maximum impact.
