Little Mix stole the show at the Cosmopolitan Ultimate Women Awards 2015 last night (Wednesday 2nd December) with a range of dramatic outfits and hairstyles.

The event which is Cosmopolitan's most famous and eagerly anticipated night of the year celebrates the success of women who have made a positive difference to the world. This years winners included Carrie Fisher for the Ultimate Icon, Sadja Mughal for Ultimate Humanitarian, Baroness Karren Brady for Ultimate Business Woman, Casey Stoney for Ultimate Sports Personality and Little Mix themselves as Ultimate Girl Group.

The band clearly got together to decide an overall theme for their clothes, make up and hair with all four members going for a glam-grunge inspired look.

Perrie Edwards wore the show stopping dress of the night with a Beyoncé style see-through gown and eye catching high ponytail, Beyonce wore the same style at the Met Gala earlier this year as we covered here on the Neal & Wolf Blog.

The Little Mix singer was clearly feeling brave to go for the crystal embellished mesh design gown designed by PA5H and the look was matched with an equally daring slick high pony tail with silver cone.

The rest of the band followed Perrie's lead with their own take on the glam-punk style with looks ranging from cut out dresses, daringly-short net skirts, chocker necklaces and black lipstick.
Other stand out looks included the beautiful and newly married Michelle Keegan dressed in a stunning bodycon green dress that showed her perfect figure. Michelle paired the dress with a silver belt, sandals and perfectly straight hair swept behind her shoulders.

Alesha Dixon also looked demure in an oriental inspired navy dress with a complimentary neat and tidy parted updo hairstyle. Former S Club 7 star Rachel Stevens opted for the classic all in black look, wearing her shoulder length hair in a gentle wave style with a low quiff.
